What do you get when story time collides with arts and crafts? Join us for summer fun that will help your child build skills for success in reading, writing, and math! Do you ever wish you could spend the entire morning drawing, painting, sculpting, making your own book, origami, or other creative projects? We will draw inspiration from our favorite authors, such as Mo Willems, Eric Carle, Shel Silverstein, and more! We will also learn about the authors and illustrators as we spend our summer learning how to make our crafts step-by-step. You will go home with your crafts to keep or give as gifts! 

• Summer Enrichment will run from June 10—July 9, from 8:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
• Holidays: June 19^th and July 4^th

• The Child Development Center (CDC) will offer childcare from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and 12 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday. A separate registration is required. Please contact our Child Development Center (CDC) for space availability.
• There may be fee assistance/aid available for Summer Enrichment and childcare through the Expanded Learning Opportunity Program (ELO-P). You may also email cdc@sbsd.net for childcare fees and ELO-P eligibility information.

The Expanded Learning Opportunity Program (ELO-P) is funded through Assembly Bill 130 and provides after-school and intersession learning programs for qualifying students. Scholarships are available for families that qualify. Space is limited and based on program capacity. Click here for an application.
